I came in America with a tourist(b 2) visa. My visa is expiring in a month. I was planning to extend it but I do not have enough evidence to get assurance that I will get extension, mainly because my sponsor does not have enough money in his bank to show that he can finance me during my stay. He is currently working for a company I don't know if the letter from the company will be suffecient. I do not want to go back Nepal now and I do not want be illegal. I also planned of going to grad school. But since I haven't applied for any schools I can not do that either. Is it possible to transfer visa from b2-f1? Is it possible to maintain status by getting enrolled with Kaplan or language schools? Any suggestions?? Thanks
