I am not sure if there is any salary criteria for H1B application but you can go to Onet's website (http://online.onetcenter.org/)... find out if your salary matches their data. Lawyers usually include Onet's report in their client's H1B application package as a supporting doccument to show that that their client's salary is within acceptable range specified by Onet.

the minimum salary depends on the prevailing wage in your state and your location within the state. http://www.flcdatacenter.com check this website , its foreign labor certification data center, where u can get the prevailing wage info for your location. hope that helps !
