I just got my email answer from KCC and summary of reply 1)Send DSP 122 to KCC. 2)Send $375.00 DOS/person. 3)USCIS will decide who are eligible for AOS. 4)For AOS list the address of your local CIS office. 5)you will not be eligible to file your adjustment until your case number is current and available for processing. i hope this will help u guys.

Do I have to send the $375.00 right now or after I received the second letter. If then I have to send to missouri address am I right which they send me in the packet mentioning adjustment of status.

titanic,There is one form in ur packet,fill up that formand send it to address as they mentioned Fee is 375.00/person. for further detal email your qestions to KCC and they will reply wihin 1-3 business day. They are really nice to respond ur questions.
