GG I think you forgot to take meds on that particular date. That is typical symptom of missing antipsychotic or anti-depression medication. Do not rush in the morning without your pills otherwise you will be in hallucination like this and ended here in sajha. Do not show typical Nepali culture (मुखिया पारा ) , trying to be great just degrading others.

Gay Goat - I know a nepali 'guy' who drives a blue Nissan Ultima from the area you described. He always shaves his face clean and got a long hair too. So, I think you mistaken him for a 'girl'.
