Immigration experts, My brother has come to visit me with a 6 months visitor visa. He has a return ticket from US to nepal. Can he visit Canada in between and reenter US before leaving for nepal ? Will immigration question him while reentering to US from canada ? Thanks for your answer !!

If he has the multiple entry to the US, yes, he can enter the US, but first he has to get the visa for Canada to enter that country.

I believe "NO". People who used to come on B1/B2 visa, used to save bucks by renewing their 6 months visa (which they get at airport) by going to CAN/MAX. Now this "KALE" president changed the rule so inorder to renew your visa (I know you have 5 year multiple but to get 6 month visa while entering US), you must travel the countries other then North and South America. Just talk with other experts also.

YES! Nepalese Passport holders (even those with valid US Visas) need to obtain a Canadian Visa to enterCanada. This has always been the Canadian policy. Inquire at Canadian Embassy in DC or Canadian Consulateelse where in the US to get precise info on this.Good Luck to your brother!
