Hello friends, I have one question. Will I be considered a Patern Day Trader if I dont use margin account and day trade more than a allowed limit a week using my own cash account. I am not planning to short sell either. Thanks.

If you make more than 4 daytrades in a 5 day period, you are subject to the rule unless you have $25,000 in your account.
