H1B Approved - Reduced work hour from 40 hr to 30 hr

Hell friends My company reduced my working hour from 40 hrs/week to 30 hrs/week. Does this will effect my H1-B which got approved just last week only? What is the minimum job requirement? I will appreciate for this information and thank you in advance. Regards MB
