Can somebody from another state register the vehicle in Maryland

I am from Nebraska. that's where my permanent address and driver license is from. I was going to Maryland for the summer and i want to buy a vehicle in Baltimore. i heard my friends say that i cannot register the vehicle i buy in Maryland because my permanent address is from Nebraska. Any body have any idea?? help please

well u can buy n register a vehicle in a MaryLand. what u need to do is transfer your Nebraska state license to Maryland state license. check out what are procedures for out state transfer of license
