I think that is caused by Gastritis. So, there's no such term called "gano gola" in english.

Answer is " symptoms of discomfort and distress in the abdominal  region, could be gastritis or abdominal cramping" is the best way. Gano gola is slang word (ठेट नेपाली), may not used all parts of Nepal. We do not want to translation like this "Eating getting nothing , leather cap putting" for "खाइ न पाइ छालाको टोपी लगाइ".
