hello please somebody help me out. My mom landed on NY JFK airport at 8 a.m. today but after that i have not heard from her. She is coming for my graduation. I dont know whether she was let in from port of entry or denied. She called before going through POE. She does have cellphone... earlier it was going through voice message. now the phone goes ringing n then to voice message...but no body picks up. Please somebody can give me an idea how to find out whether she was let in or not contacting anyone in that airport. currently I am at Alabama. I cant go to that airport. I am really tensed and worried. Please somebody give me an idea what to do or how to contact that airport authorities. Last edited: 08-May-09 02:20 PM

They will pass the word like this, “(your mom’s name)…… please contact the airport office.”  She would recognize her name and can ask others where to go and what to do. This might help.
