Leave the district or else face action: Maoists in Kailali

DIL BAHADUR CHHATYAAL DHANGADHI, May 6: Cadres of Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) in Kailali district have issued a diktat that all those supporting President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav’s step to reinstate the army chief to leave the district or else face serious consequences. Maoists give NC and UML cadres five days to leave Ramechhap Issuing a press statement on Wednesday, Rishi Raj Binadi, an area in-charge of the party in Kailali district, ordered all the political parties, organizations, and individuals supporting the president’s move to leave their places and homes within a week. “The political parties, organizations and the individuals supporting the constitutional coup staged in the country should leave your homes within a week or else be prepared to face retaliatory action to be taken by the party,” the statement said. Earlier on Tuesday, similar diktat was issued by Maoists in Ramechhap district.
