You don't understand dude. As soon as Prachanda knew President is more powerful than Prime Minister, he resigned. Now he is eying for the President post. Some @ss'ole will be there on PM post (don't surprise as it could be Katwal also). The things will normally work as before. This is all about Power Hunger.
