Family visa under H1B

I recently got H1B aproval. My family is still in Nepal. I want to apply for their visa under H1B dependent. When should they apply for the visa? Do anybody have any idea that I can process earlier than Oct 1? Please, I aspect help from genuine view. I hate nasty guys, who post/comments rude like thier figure.

No bro, your family cannot apply until Oct 1 as far as i know. Any way dont worry your family will be joining you soon coz the visa rejection chance for H4 is almost nil.

Thank you dear, Though I heard some guys got their family after aproval. I dont met any them, i sincerely looking thier words if they wish. Again, i sincerely appreciate your remarks.

dimehot I am on the same boat..Got my approval couple of days back..I think they can apply for h4 after we get h1b but they can come only after oct1,2009... and keep me posted

I also got H1-B this time. I am trying to bring my wife in F2 visa as I am in F1 till October.
