SQL Server HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

  HELP I am using SQL server 2005, and I am having trouble while copying database from Local to Server.  Here are the things I had tried so far. Copy database option from task menu. Getting error message Tried the Generate Script method. Copied most of the objects but not all. Tried the backup and restore method. No luck Tried Google Search ( Server : SQL Server 9.0.1406 – sa Local: SQL Server 9.0.1399 – sa ) Does this matter????  SQL Server is working fine on both local and server.   Please suggest.  need to keep job and pay bills
