REJECTED - NEED ADVICE!!!!

my canadian application got rejected. i applied 3 weeks ago and for NOC i wrote 4122 which was for Post-secondary teaching and research assistants. while this category is not on the 38 list but is a sub-category of 4121 i.e. for professors. i have ~ 7 yrs of teaching/research experience and i felt, whoever reviewed my application did not check the sub-categories as follows = what do you think should i do now????? 4121 University Professors University professors teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students and conduct research at universities and degree-granting colleges. University professors who are heads of departments are included in this unit group. Example Titles English professor assistant professor, botany associate professor, linguistics chairperson, food sciences department chairperson, physics department department head, geography lecturer – university professor of computer science professor of medicine university instructor, engineering university professor View all titles Main duties University professors perform some or all of the following duties: Teach one or more university subjects to undergraduate and graduate students Prepare and deliver lectures to students and conduct laboratory sessions or discussion groups Prepare, administer and grade examinations, laboratory assignments and reports Advise students on course and academic matters and career decisions Direct research programs of graduate students and advise on research matters Conduct research in field of specialization and publish findings in scholarly journals or books May serve on faculty committees dealing with such matters as curriculum planning and degree requirements, and perform a variety of administrative duties May represent their universities as speakers and guest lecturers May provide professional consultative services to government, industry and private individuals. University professors specialize in a particular subject matter such as biology, chemistry, anatomy, sociology, business administration or law. on my second post, just go to the last heading that says "Classified Elsewhere" = i selected the third one cause my qualification fit for this. but the reviewer says, they cannot process my case.

re-apply under 4121next time. i am sure it will be accepted. same thing happened to my friend 5 months ago with NOC 4122, got rejected. he re-applied with the eligible NOC 4121 nearly 4 months ago, he is yet to receive the file number this time. if he would be rejected again, he would have received his application back again just within 1 month. they just look at whether the occupation you indicated is eligible or not, they don't look at the duties in details.
