Where in the world is Richardson? Iam guessing it's a foreign country, but where? India,Australia,UK or US. I know Camp Richardson in California...just south of Lake Tahoe.

Hai dude! I am not clear exactly what kind of apartment you are looking for. But if you want something where you can feel secured then stop by around Campbell and Arapaho Rd, there are few apartment complex you can look for. Myself, as a student, don't have problem in/around here for more then a year.......but i don't know anybody trying to transfer the lease. One thing what you can do is.....you can rent on a month-to-month basis........and after your parents leave then you don't have to worry about it. But the rent might be little bit higher for such situation. Still, just hit me with some email if i can do something to help you around this area!!!!!!!!!
