mero sathile tax return for last summer bharena and he's going to nepal this summer. Will he have any troubles in port of entry or anything similar? Thanx in advance

herealone, I think, you didn't file tax last year and you're going to Nepal. Anyway, I don't think there is a problem, as long as you have a valid visa or P/R. If you’re (your friend) on H1B or something like that and you need visa to come back to US, my suggestion is don't go right now, cause I just heard yesterday a guy was on H1B has been denied visa in Ktm.
