sanjeevkafle, $2000 ma US University paunu tha garo nai parla. But, I guess Minnesota State University (Mankato) www.mnsu.edu will be the better option. Each internation student will get Instate tution fee under cultural scholarship and it is renewed every semester under certain circumstances. U do not need any SAT/ACT to get admission however, u TOEFL/IELTS must needed. and tuition is roughly $7500 per annum including health insurance. According to you, ur brother got 24 in ACT. It is very good score. why do not u try as more univeristy so that there will be possibility of getting scholarship, which will create a good impact while interviewing for visas. Good luck kafle ji. If u need further inquiries then email me. I am happy to respond u about this matter.
