I know this Indian  guy in SanFransisco, Berkeley. He is pretty good. He only charges a little more money though but he is good. Please get in writing how much he will charge in case of 1st filing and then incase of precedding charges in future...sometimes he forgets how much he promised you for further processing and will try to charge more if you don't get it in writing or have no proof as you are the fish on his pond.You may have to bargain also in the 1st visit. BUT, He will do the best as far as his work is concerened unlike some others who just like to ask for more and more money everytime they have to do something for you.... but success is mostly  all on you, and how strong your case is.
