We have a three bedroom town house in Franconia/Springfield area. It’s a lovely neighborhood with open space, swimming pool and tennis courts. The bus comes right in front of the house. Metro station is 5 mins away in your own car and 7 minutes in the bus. Two minutes drive (literally) to grocery store, bar, blockbuster and more. Close to 95/395/495. If you earn your bread and butter working in Springfileld, Arlington , Old Town , this is a perfect place. If you commute to DC to do that, you can’t find a better place either. We’ve been doing that for over a year. You will have the whole room to yourself. The living room and kitchen in the first floor will be shared. There is a backyard and a grill that likes being used. We are looking for a single, professional, live-life-to-the-fullest type of person. We don’t want to make this a party house but occasional get-togethers are fine. Occasional guests are fine too but just don’t try to have your friend or a cousin share the room with you. We’re looking for a person who prefers basketball over golf, Whose line is it anyway over America's Next Top Model and a bar over a club.
