well, if they have your driver's license, they can always pull out your information and get your social security if they really want to .......seems like u didn't give your social because u were scared and not because u forgot the number... but, that might have saved u too ......in case they didn't bother to pull your information out .....and just wrote u as no social security guy....u sold to a minor, it's a serious offense, but not an extremly serious one... What do u mean by u dismissed your case ? Do u mean u just forgot about the incident or what. Well, if u had used a lawyer, and the case was dismissed, go talk to the same lawyer and then try to consult immigration lawyer. If u already have residency and all the right paperwork, this offense should not be a big deal anymore. Just don't make that stupid mistake of selling or buying for Minors anymore.

A MISDEMEANOR is minor, but you can't able to dismissed case, it is always stock on  your profile. but  it did not get hurt cus you got from store and its call citation. not things to worry about it. but save side please ask ins lowyer

Infinity_RDA and everyone thank you for the reply, what do i really mean by dismiss is i hired a lawyer and the case was dissolved with certain community services. I talked to the same lawyer but he said i need to talk to immigration lawyer about port of entry questions?? If any one know about the good immigration lawyer please i need the suggestions and all of the most importantly does anyone knows if i will be questioned about this matter in port of entry or will i be able to come back or will they let me reenter or not?? Any suggestions will really be thankful.

you can't dismiss case like a i  said before . but you can avoid to go court house, if you do community services. it can be 8hrs to 40hrs  depend on your case. do not spent to moneu to hire expensive attorney. if you do community services   you will free but if they pull pur fbi report or other crime report will show  up on their report. thank you

Tuphan I understand what you are talking about,but do you know if i will i be asked about it in port of entry or not coz i am trying to go back to nepal? If i will have a hard time filing for H1 or even greencard? I know you even can seal your record i am trying to do that too. Will i have any difficulty with h1,going back to nepal even after i seal my record??? thanks

I have a record of class A misdemeanor. I want to go back to nepal but i am afraid if i will not be allowed to reenter back to usa. What Should i do? how do i solve this Dilemma? Please some serious suggestion??????
