Dears, My current employer has filing H1B (petition) for current position, even the way, I got an offer for awesome company and willing to move. We know 2009 amendment for H1B is rather complicated in case, does anybody have such experience? I am looking for assistance from experienced one. Do you have any idea at the time the amended H-1B petition is filed?

My child, first get a dime from you wallet, burn it on the stove until it gets hot and brand the hot dime in your asss. Then we could truly call you dimehot. You greedy pig, there is no bound to your greediness. You are betraying your current employer who had in all good faith hired you. Now this avarice animal is willing to move to another employer. I curse on you that your H1b shall not be approved or if it did approve because of my merciful Father in Heaven, I shove you with all the human waste down your mouth for such a covetousness self.

No you cannot.. Last year I changed job after applying h1-b petition. My case was selected in lottery and I received 797C. For some reason I had to move and change a job and my H1 petition was cancelled. I talked to my lawyer at that time and he said the transfer can be done only after October. Thats when my status actually changes from F1 to H1 so that I can transfer my employer on H1.

Yes you can. If your H1B is approved, you don't have to wait until October to transfer it. I don't know what happens if its not approved yet.
