Can I change my job while H1B ammended?

Dears, My current employer is filing H1B (petition) for current position, even the way, I got an offer for awesome company and willing to move. We know 2009 amendment for H1B is rather complicated in case, does anybody have such experience? I am looking for assistance from experienced one. Do you have any idea at the time the amended H-1B petition is filed?
