Hi Immigration Expert!! I need some help. I filed my change of status from F1 to F2 on OPT (CAP-GAP). The petition was denied because the officer thought that it was temporary change of status and said that this application was not needed. I was given a chance to file motion to reconsider the decision I-290B form. Does any one have any idea how long it takes to make decision on I-290B? In some forums I read that it may take up to 18months. I do not have any status right now. I just have the receipt notice for I-290B. Can I stay as long the decision will be made? If the application is denied again after long waiting, would my stay till then be completely illegal? Any suggestion would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Look at this rajulama calling for "immigration expert" in a forum. Does your brain have enough cerebrum ? Dumdum, go call a real expert. Do you think that the experts come fly around to answer your stupid problems ? You better ask the Lord to resolve the problems than to expect some expert with a dildo stuck in his butt to come to rescue you. What a nescient creature, my Lord created !!
