Its not the PHD that makes you neta.It's the capability of influencing people to be a neta. leadership is al you need. I dont think education count. But that will be plus point. BABURAM, PRACHANDA SABAI PADEKAI TA CHHAN NI. No matter you do good or bad. The only skill you need is to give big talk. you think you can do better than current  netas then best of luck my friend. our country needs you.
