Since when jogbani became part of Biratnagar?

If you have Google Earth, find Biratnagar and take a close look at it, It shows Jogbani within Biratnagar although the border line is way south.

BULL SHIT, JOGBANI is in Bihar state of INDIA and Biratnagar. I looked at it in google earth. And GOOGLE EARTH is right. SO yo UNKNOWN kina JANNE bhako,,, Dont waste others time its precious GUYS JUST STOP To see where is jogbani. BETTERPOSTsome thing else. UNKNOWn dont become known or youll get a good shot from my side ASSHOLE SOrry but i had to use bad words SANO DIMAG
