Dont know if the embassy keeps record of names of your mom and dad. If embassy knew your mom and dad have frauded before than there is no way they can get a visa for next 5-10 years. Fraud is a serious breach. But in your case your mom and dad has not frauded, but it is your kaka kaki. And i dont think it matters because it didnt affected your getting green card so it should not affect them.

सुझाव दिनुहुने मित्रहरुलाई धन्यवाद दिन चाहन्छु। कुरो के थियो भने मैले काकाकाकीलाइ मेरै बुबाआमाकै नाममा पठाएको थिएँ। पछिल्लो पटक बुबाआमा जानुहुँदा व्यक्ति फरक भए पनि नाम त पहिलेकै रहे। तर जन्म मिती चाहि फरक पारिएको थियो किनभने बुबाआमा अलि नै बुढाबुढी हुनुहुन्छ काकाकाकी भन्दा (दश बर्षको जति फरक छ)। Fraud त मैले नै गरेको हुँ, काकाकाकीले होइन। मैले पठाएको invitation letter वहाँहरुले बुवाआमालाई झुक्याएर आँफै apply गर्नु भएछ भन्ने बाहेक मेरो defense मा अरु केही तर्क गर्न सकिने ठाउँ देखिन्न। G/C process को बेलामा त त्यो information शायद USCIS तिर गएन होला। बडो बिलखबन्दमा परेको छु। Immigration lawyer लगाएर पनि केही लछार्ला जस्तो लाग्दैन।

Pokhreli ji, Your parents will NEVER EVER get visa for U.S.A. If you sponser them again, your Green Card status may be in jeopardy for sponsering fraudler/terrorist. Be serious i am not kidding, it happens to one of my Pakistani freind. His parents were not terrorist but had applied before with different  DOB. Now my pakistani freind who also has green card is charged by HOMELAND SECURITY for sponsering terrorist. I am not sure what gonna happen to him, all  i know is he is spending a alot to the Lawyer. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Well, we can't just say it pokherli ji. If it could be shown that the thing that you did was a genuine mistake in writing the date of birth  rather than fraud. Ask the lawyer. Secondly, a better option can be wait till you get citizenship.
