बलराम बानियाँ, काठमाडौं फागुन १९ सत्तारुढ एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादीले कुनै पनि राजनीतिक दलमाथि प्रतिबन्ध लगाउन सकिने निरंकुश प्रावधानसहितको नयाँ संविधानको अवधारणापत्र अघि सारेको छ। ´गणतन्त्र नेपालको संविधान २०६७ (प्रारम्भिक खाका)´ नाम दिइएको अवधारणामा माओवादीले दलमाथि प्रतिबन्ध लगाउन सकिने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो।
