Blast at UNHCR office in Nepalgunj Kantipur Report Nepalgunj, Feb 13 - A socket bomb went off at around 8.10 pm at the office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCR) in Nepalgunj on Friday. Though pamphlets of "Bhisan Himali Bag”, previously unheard group, were found at the incident site, security sources have suspected the hands of Hindu extremists behind the blast. However, no major loss has been reported. Police is carrying out further investigation.
