H1 to F1 without paystub

Ma aile H1 ma chu, desi consultancy ma. Ma aile samma job ma gako chaina. Mero H1 bhako 3 maina bhayo. Dhoti haru sanga mero lafada bhayo ra H1 revoke garchu bhanera bhancha. thinking to go F1 but no pay stubs and no H1 paper. Any suggestion

Do you have a leave approval from the consultancy for personal or medical reasons starting from October 01, 2008?  Apply I-539 along with supporting documents. Establish the fact that you have been maintaining status. Another question is If your H-1 was filed as a consulate notification instead of change of status? If it was a consulate notification (the approval notice will not have an I-94), you are still deemed to be in F-1 status.
