Hi all,   i have been residing in the United States for past couple of years where first few once i lived legally and then "in their term" i became out of status. a, what are my chances of applying for Canada PR? b, Can i apply from USA? c,if yes, Will Canada immigration care about my status?    Thank you all for  your time, and your response will be highly appreciated.  p.s. i have been to Canada once if that helps.

As far as I know, the canadian you need be in status to immigrate to canada from the US. However, please do double check.

You don't need to be in status to immigrate to Canada. Yes, you can apply from USA and it would be quicker as well. My friend just immigrated to Canada. Canadian immigration doesn't care about your status as long as you meet their criteria. Good luck.

I heard the same u can immigrate from here, and is quicker also. But, can process only within 1 yr, Visa BIGREPASHI. So better consult regarding this. I came across another too that one of my friend was in the same situation ani RAJNITI SARANARTHI applied just to go Canada PR, but stucked. So better do some more research. Regards. Good Luck
