Guys, This is for somebody who knows about H1B/ OPT tax filing. I graduated in Dec 07 and have so far worked on 3 months in CPT and 3 months in H1b. I am working thru dhoti consultancy. I heard that while in OPT we get all the taxes back. By the way this is my first time filing taxes. Is anybody else in my situation(I mean worked on both OPT and H1b for the fiscal yr)? If you guys know the way to get maximum return for single person please share  your knowledge. I think we cant even claim for education expense, hope tax credits because I was not a student in 08. please give me some suggestions.
