Can B1 be change into F1

Hi Can anyone please tell whether B1 can be change in to F1 or not! Thank you in advance.

Yeah, you can change your status from B1/B2 To F1 . You need to contact international advisor. It takes time around 2 to 3 months . While doing this process you should be in status . If you are in Dallas , than contact Brookhaven College ,Farmers Branch .They will help you in this matter . Good luck
