Hi, Filing GC from any company is for future emplyoment so Can we file GC from two company? The company that holds my H1 are saying we will file but not filing my GC ? I have one more company they are will to file my GC as now? Please comment.

  Well labor takes about a year to come out. Before that they need to give ads for 3 months. So, the second one is lying. But you can use that as leverage to the first one and ask them to file it now, ie, within next 3 months.

Hi MN Nepali, Thanks Yes second one is good friend of mine, he will put ad. & go the same process. He did not start but once I say him then he will  start giving ad.
