I am a recent college graduate and brand new to .NET, and am taking on this daunting task of creating web services methods and calling them from a client. I know this will be challenging, but the reason I am doing this is so that I can write I know web services in .NET. I am downloading Visual Studo.NET from msdn (30 day trial), I was wondering, if you guys know of a good website that has screen shots (specially how to create projects and things like that). I am knowledgable in Java and WAS ABLE TO accomplish this in Java using axis, so I have a good understanding of web services now, but now I want to try this out for .NET. Please help me if you can. Thanks.

Hope this can help you build very simple web services in ASP.NET http://www.ondotnet.com/pub/a/... Once you build webservice and if you want others to use your web service you have to grant access to them Daka
