why only 16 hours of load shedding ? why not 24 hours of load shedding ? is this the new nepal maoist promised? A country where every citizen turn to be a leader ( big mouth) are keeping quiet themselves about this load shedding ? hey f****king prachande and babu f****king rame how can you build a new nepal with out electricity for 16 hours a day? wan****kerzzzz....
