Sajha Experts.............. One of my cousion got rejected three times for US student visa. I was suggesting him to apply for Canada, Europe or Australia but I am not familiar with those countries. Hence, I am seeking a suggestion from Sajha Gurus. Can you please suggest me one college where my cousion can apply? Better if suburbs, few Nepalese students, be able to work on or off campus, better growth opportunities. Appreciated.

your cousin is lucky and you want to drag him to misery , why? Tell him to go to Aus or Canada where he can prosper after his graduation. USA just wants to kick students out as soon as they graduate. It's almost impossible to work and pay for school with tighten ID requirement at work places. This article was published in 2004. Things have only gotten worsen for F1s. New opt rule, no social, no work authorization and lack of jobs to sustain, h1b in quota, companies not wanting to sponsor for h1s, no green card until you work for 5 years in a company.
