Hi sthjb, I have two options here, if you are looking for large room (16 x 10)  its 700 dollars and  small (9 x 9) is 500 dollars. The price include all utilities and free internate and please no more than two persons. We are couple of  our late thirty, very understanding and quiet with no kids. If you have any question please let me know. Thank you
