The CC head's reaction comes amid fears that growing differences between the parties and frequent disruptions of parliamentary affairs could delay the statute-drafting process. Nepal, who lost the Constituent Assembly election from both of his constituencies in Kathmandu and Rautahat districts, was proposed by the Maoists to head the constitutional committee, which is the main CA panel.
