Jaya hos IOE ko.

hello all I have recently secured 292 rank in the IOE examination.I couldnot study civil engineering(full fee) because most of the seats was occupied by the special provision for different caste like dalit and madeshi. is it fair ??? wont this harm the entire career of a poor guy from chhettri community like me.I am so upset regarding this provision

I am all against this reservation thing but it is better to give reservations in education than in LOKSEWA - 2 cents. poor guy and full fee- LOL.
