Shankhadhar Sakhwa was a humanitarian and a social activists....In his time, he payed the loan of many dejected people by collecting the gold from Bishnumati river. That alone puts him at odd with other people and royals of that time when most people are after glut and lust. He also initiated Nepal Sambat calendar which explains his love for "Nepal" and his community!
