Hello friends. I am from dailekh. I settle here in idaho in2014 after caming dunki. I want to know if i can apply for work permit in uscis. My work permit has validity till 2026 october. Should i make appointment with lawyer about tps being extended in future. Some say it Supreme court will decide, llwer court is still processing the extension following other country . Mero work permit card is asylum based. When is the best time to talk to immigration lawyer and apply through it . Mero nepali ko lawyer was not so good . Which country lawyer is best 100 percent success rate.🙏
