Venezuela ko case was different. Their TPS was extended 18 months prior to the new admin. Then the new Admin cancelled the extension, then the Judge chen ruled that the sec didn't have authority to cancel TPS which was already extended which includes Haiti as well. Hamro case is different, it was not extended they somehow did not follow the 60 days rule so lets hope we have a positive outcome as well on Nov 18.
