Kaji, it doesn't mean anything for Nepal. This decision is purely for Haiti's TPS which was terminated early by DHS. Judge said that's illegal and the termination date should be Feb 2026 - nothing more than that. Don't have high hopes of keeping TPS after Aug 5th.
