I dont understand what kind of qualification/eligibility you hold to stay in the US but if you were here through employment based sponsorship then you would have known any organization can sponsor/offer you a jo but it has to go through a vagarious labor market test and those 6 wks taining jobs like nursing aide , therapy aide defiantly don't pass the labor market test . Group 1 you mentioned again is a nursing category that needs a bachelor degree at least and hv hd passed nclex. she must had at least foreign bachelor degree on top of whatever our 6 weeks course you mentioned . such short term course is for aide/associate that earn less than 20/hr and already have a green card . such courses cannot get u green card in the US ma be in canada i dont know
