As long as your DL do not have" limited term" and you can proudly say that I am legal resident and your id is not fake, don't get scared. DL should suffice as long as it is not expired or expiring soon.

if you have a green card, carry a soft copy in google wallet . dont be scared, if you have valid visa and no criminal offence in the past like breaking red lights or anything like that, no need to worry , if you cannot produce physical copy they will not deport , its just they they will delay your travel, they will verify it and let you go . in trump era , if you are person with color , specially brown , you are an immigrant any they will treat you like that . be careful . if you have documents , then y not to carry a copy in google wallet ?

Who knows what is next and even if we manage to live like this what will happen to our children when they grow up. Looks like the harted toeqrda all browns is not going anywhere and will come back again and again.
