Guys, every time I change job i feel so awkward to negotiate sign-in bonus ? Negotiations just doesn't come from me inside , except for the salary . My mind every time pushes me for the bonus negotiation but I cannot execute and keep it for the next job . I normally don't hire lawyer for the contract negotiation because I know my rate and i stick around it also lawyers charge around 5000 for the contract review where as the total bonus is never bigger than 10 15 grands minus tax . so whats the point ? i also feel that TPS give me some hesitation for negotiations .
