Good luck on finding Baby sitter. Some one we met mentioned that her mother-in-law has to take 3 trains , cut hours when delayed , made her work to do house chores which was not included on part of her baby sitting job. Money is not the only motivating factor , payer behavior plays vital role too. A happy baby sitter grows happier children . And every one knows its impact on their life.
