If you live in North then Subaru is great, their AWD is one of the best. For 12k to 16 K you might be able to find one or may be, again it depends upon your location. Currently, the used car price is skyrocketing keep on checking online listing or via dependable private party. I also consider RockB comment on Mazda. Subaru was the best option car for people live in snowy ruler area because it had and has 4 wheel drive in past. Now we have more options to choose from the producer as said by taremam. You wanna be American and be very safe buy F110 - F150 per EVD2023.. He thinks any one drive 3 cylinder car are criminals. Some commented on Small EV, are for grocery shopping. It sounds like tit's beyound his reach and grapes are sour.
