One more time i have come up with this question. Which brand of multivitamin is the best ?? I live in a city called tacoma, Washington state where i dont get to see sun for numerous of week . This place is always rainy through out the year. I am already tired if this place and things are expensive like nyc and San Francisco here. Should i start taking vitamin D with out consulting doctor?? Is there any side effects of taking multivitamin ?? What happens of u start raking multi vitamins without consulting doctor . Thankyou .
